RETURN POLICY
We want happy Customers that continue to come us for all their
auto parts needs. Please let us know if you are unhappy for any
reason. We want to do everything possible to make your dealings
with DIPS a pleasant experience. If we make a mistake on your
order, we will pay the shipping charges to get the part back
to us. (If you make a mistake, we expect you to pay those shipping
charges.) We ship UPS, which can be Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air,
or ground UPS. All shipping charges are in addition to quoted
prices and must be paid in advance with the parts order.
